super frustrating!
The last week or so I've had some issues with my digestion. I just seem to be a bit off. I wake up and feel like there is a rock in my stomach.

I noticed that over the weekend when it was a bit better that my weight dropped.

It feels super uncomfortable. I know once I've had movement the number drops back down to normal. I just really want to not feel so bloated and big first thing in the morning. As if getting dressed didn't already take me long enough :-(
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
