I've being working out and drinking lots of water. for right now my guess is that I am retaining water. penalise I feel a little smaller I will be taking measurements next week.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
