Weight = 98kg. Ate only vegetable for dinner. After two hours went for a strenuouse 90 minutes walkout. This morning went for 60min. Workout. Then,
weight = 94kg.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 61.7 lb a week
