IF, chia seeds, and a Bulletproof coffee until dinner yesterday. It was a planned cheat meal of eggplant parm pizza, wings, salad, and ice cream. No regrets! Easy to go back to strict today, will lift and walk. :D Thinking of starting a Protein Sparing Modified Fast for two weeks on Monday. Anyone have experience with or are currently doing a PSMF? Happy Saturday!
242.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 92.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
