bumping up the rowing to 40 minutes a day. I think I need to eat more. I know that sunds weird but I think I am now paranoid to eat the worng things that I am not eating enough. Will augment more with beans and lean protein.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
