Yay!
So, I've only been eating at meal times, and its goin pretty well! I'm still eating generally what I want at mealtimes (so i'm not having a lettuce leaf and some ketchup or whatever the latest fad is), but within limits. I must say, this is the first time ive ever done this, and I never expected it to be so hard! I never realised how many calories were in everything and how much I ate outside of mealtimes until now. The first day or two were sooo hard, but after that, it's more of a matter of not getting bored :3 :D
