Pretty sure I’ve lost somewhere between 5-7lbs being on this soft food diet this week. Documenting it to see if I lose anymore this upcoming week.🤷🏾‍♀️
170.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
