Christiana's Journal, 25 March 2011

Officially in the 130's today! I was really hoping to do it yesterday but the scale wasn't agreeing with me. I have no recollection of ever being this small before. I remember being in the low 140's, (141) but never below. So double excitement there. Oh and I got up and went walking this morning before breakfast. I didn't jog much but I did do 2 miles so hopeful that will help out a little when it comes to staying in the 130's. I'm also hoping to go walking late this afternoon at my usually time but we'll see.


139.4 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eek! Yay! Awesome! Welcome! I've been here awhile... I swear that I haven't made it into the 120's yet because I don't have you by my side :o) So glad to see you back here. I am ready to be back into the full swing of the fatsecret world...
