Easter yesterday. Didn't eat badly (no wheat, dessert, or starchy veg), but couldn't measure portions, or know all macro-nutrient values. May of had too many carbs. Also IF'd two days in a row, may be too stressful on body.
243.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
