I feel good today. I got my morning workout in. 10 minutes of strength training. I didn't want to break a sweat since I have to go to work this morning. But I think I may can possibly lose another 5lbs this week as the week progresses.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 167.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
