I didn't walk a full mile but I did walk a half a mile. I kept having problems with my hip and ankles hurting. I don't like muscle spasms at all. I did an workouts today . I hope to lose 5 inches around my waist. I got a bad hangy down belly, and over large but and thighs. I've been focused on getting my pants size down. So hopefully within the next 5 months I will start to see a difference in the way my body looks and maybe lose some pants sizes. I really miss being a size 16. It may take all winter and spring but I've been doing so well and I can't back out of this lifestyle. I really enjoy exercising and eating a high protein low carbs lifestyle. And with the weight going in the right direction, I can see myself getting to my goal sooner than I think.

Be sure to do some stretching befor you head off. People don’t appreciate the importance of stretching. Part of the injury prevention program
