I am tired of being fat, tired and no energy. I want to be back to where I was a few years ago after using the Slim Fast diet plan. I especially do not like the stomach fat and the roll at the bottom of my stomach. I started the Kill Diet plan on April 9 and lost 3 pounds this last week and feel pretty good about that. I would like to be at 130# but would be very happy with 140# and maintain that.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
