Good morning FS fams there it is another gain trying something different today going to see the positive in this instead of letting it depress me more. 1. it's been 6 months of no physical activity due to injury could've been worse 2. not following any diet plan right now since I'm a little depressed 😢 too much eating out. 3. at this time last year I weighed 160lbs that means that for my bday this yr I will weigh 2 lbs less YES! 4. it's been 8 months in 2 wks since I reached my goal weight of 148lb and 100lb weight loss almost a yr and I have actually maintained pretty well haven't gained it all back like I've done in the past. I am proud of myself today 😊🥰
158.2 lb Lost so far: 89.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
