What are the best belly, butt and thighs workouts do y'all use? The only one I know is squats.
334.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 174.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There's a free fitness app that helped me get in shape. Search for workout apps and look for the ones with a red background black words. The one I do is "women workout". It has everything you need and gives countdowns and animations for each exercise.
