Hit my first mini goal ♥ I just hope I keep it off, I feel like some of my losses the last few days are because I've been sick. My anxiety is telling me it's a trick or something. I haven't been exercising, I've been moving a lot less, haven't been sleeping well at all cause of coughing, not drinking enough water, and I've been interrupting IF with cough syrup. I was certain I'd gain not lose. Starting to feel better today but still have a lot of chest congestion and cough.
239.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 90.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel better soon! Don’t sweat the anxieties you mentioned. There will always be that voice in our head, but it doesn’t have your best self at heart, it wants the comfort of now. ( Listen to me talk after last week 😆). You can do this, sick or not sick. You’ve come a long way so far, and will succeed mightily in the long run.

Congrats HZ🙌🏽, seems to be an unexpected blessing🙏🏽. Focus on getting well and you'll get back to the weight loss effort soon enough when you're better. Feel better my friend💞💞.
