Finished my first ever three day juice cleanse with Daily Juice. I hoped to reset my cravings and digestive track. Lost 2 pounds. Honestly, it was too sweet for me and if I ever do it again I am doing the Keto juice cleanse because it’s not as sweet. It was hard in the late afternoons, but not that bad. Felt a little more tired than usual. Now I’m back on healthy eating and exercising. The idea of anything greasy and not fresh is not appealing to me right now. So I guess it worked!
