Wow, so I can actually do ok with this whole lifestyle without recording it! Yay, good to know! I need to buckle down, though. I would like to reach my weight loss goal by my reunion mid-July. 8 pounds to go!
150.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
