Not much of a gain but of course I didn't weigh in til before I left for work. I guess that's just based off of what all I ate this morning. Drinking a protein shake. My all time favorite Premier Protein! I can't drink Slim Fast cause the last time I did I broke out in hives. I don't know if I can now if I out grown that or not. But it was only one time that I did.
331.4 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 171.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
