Well I went out to the Texas road house today and I really enjoyed the food, and I no I'm going to be up tomorrow. well play time is over back to my salads.

270.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 30.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Crystaljo I got to get back on my grind, it really doesn't do me good to eat out because it always takes my calories back up.
