flat to yesterday which is totally fine. I was expecting worse since i practically dove into a jar of home made peanut butter. I made taste a bit too good.

today will be careful and next week will be very controlled eating. I do believe we all need a bit of of down time every now and then as long as that's all it is. taking a break from the wagon is fine but falling off and rolling back down the hill is not me.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
