great :), i'm still working on fixing my weight and i've succeeded the previous 2 weeks , after visiting my doctor he recommends to stay another 2 weeks with some exercises.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
