The Love of Fit's Journal, 12 April 2014

I technically gained this week which is weird since I felt so goo before the weigh-in. I was walking around, checking myself out and thinking 'oh, I'm so much closer.' Turns out the scale had another thought. I know it's my diet.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

It's probably good to also measure your waist since you can lose fat but gain weight in water/ bowel contents/ muscle, etc ;) You might have actually lost fat weight heheh.

I was thinking about getting something that will read my body fat percentage. I wonder how hard those are to get... or how much they cost. Thanks for the positive thoughts.

I calculate my body fat percentage using a measuring tape (used usually for sowing). You can look up body fat percentage calculators online and just input your measurements. I've been doing that monthly for about two years now. It's very helpful. You don't need to buy anything but a sowing kit :)

Yes how you look an feel is usually accurate maybe weigh yourself again in the next few days to see. I sometimes drop 2 pounds of what i assume is water weight overnight!
