Up a smidge. Starting to feel like myself again. The weight will come back off when I start dropping the carbs again. Right now, though, I'm focusing on getting healthy.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
