So I knew the wall was coming after losing 40lbs in the last 18 weeks I have been expecting that slow down in weight loss and here it is. Im still eating very well and exercise morning and night with the new EA Active game. Recently I've been ridding my bike to work and back, a good 10 miles each way, so that should help out. Hopefully this set back will be temporary and I can get on that scale and see a number below 200 soon.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
