Up a bit. I've been hitting the comfort food heavily (lots of carbs), but yesterday I finally hit the fat and protein carbs at the right level, so I got too many calories. Not that bad, though. And I'm feeling a bit better today.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
