Time to get serious. I'm obese, and I'm scared. obesity can lead to cancer, heart problems, etc. In the past few years, I've been experiencing chest pains every once in a while. I never gave importance to my health, but people change. I'm changing myself, and my lifestyle. Even if i can't have the dream slim body figure, I might as well lose some weight just to get myself out of the obese category.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i was too and i just turned to over weight which is awkwardly good because its better than obese, work hard on yourself never let anyone judge you, just get healthy for your own sake. i wish you all the luck,
