new exercise routine and no alcohol since October 4th... hoping this is a new trend of going down!!! super happy this morning!!!

chest 39 ---> down 1
upper belly 34 ---> same
lower belly 40 --> same
hips 41.---> down .5
thigh 23 --> same
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 12 --> same
181.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
