No change. I did 38 minutes at the gym yesterday. My clothes feel looser. I'm now in 17" collar shirts. A colleague, who's 50 lbs lighter is in 16½" collars so I have a way to go before I get to those, but this is good news.
I must confess I feel confused. My weight doesn't change, but my trousers are looser, my collar size continues to get smaller, and I feel a bit more limber.
