I had a bad week this week. Lots of unexpected things happened and with all the stress it was hard to stay on my diet. I like to eat when I'm depressed. I know that's no excuss but I'm working on breaking that. I just hope things start to get back in order.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i would guess that a large majority of us are the same...the weather has been bad here and i'm totally hormonal..the combo also make me depressed and HUNGRY!!!! I hate how those two seem to be connected. Even if i don't even feel the hunger, i'm still prone to eat...go figure! just keep plugging along, you can get through it!

Even if you have had a bad week, you didn't gain, which means that you didn't go overboard which can be seen as a win! Don't get too down and keep on going!
