I did pretty good - fat was a bit high, protein on the low end of what I want, but not officially low. Still not feeling right, so I'm really going for comfort foods. My wife's French toast fits that bill! I was surprised to learn that French toast isn't too bad a food, all things considered. Sure, it's a lot of carbs, but you do get a decent amount of protein and fat as well. Not the greatest, but, as they say, part of a healthy breakfast!
