Week 3 of strength training complete. Stopped counting calories for now. Trying to get out of the obsessive mind set and get back to a healthy happy mind Set.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
