I have been the sickest this past week with the whole Blood pressure ordeal, YET I still lost two pounds. I really didn't expect the two pound loss since I was taken OFF my blood pressure medicine on Friday March 28th which had a water pill build into the medicine. I gained 2 pounds of water weight until Wednesday April 2 when I was put back on the blood pressure medicine at half the dose because my blood pressure started going a little to high again. Since Wednesday I have managed to loss 4 pound and I am sure it was at least 2 pound of the water retention I had gained the week before. Well at least I am feeling better now and glad I still lost 2 pound since my last weigh in last Monday.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I hope things get straightened out for you! That must be pretty scary!!! It's looking like things are going in your favor. WTG on still losing and 2lbs. even :)!!! Iv'e been feeling like poo myself with a fever that's kickin my rear end but still managing pretty well. Glad to hear your feeling much better!!!
