the results of yesterday's carb-overload. cheesy croissant for breakfast and Alfredo pasta for lunch. fortunately today is my extended 18hf fast day and will also be very active with my dog training lessons and then kitchen Reno project...
164.7 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
