working out 5 days a week, taking pictures of what I eat and
this will be the first weekend with no wine... went "dry", this week until further notice to see if it's my weekends that are killing my weeks...

chest 40 ---> same
upper belly 34 ---> same
lower belly 40 --> same
hips 41.5 ---> same
thigh 23 --> same
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 12 --> same
185.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
