Went to the Gym today! Did the Arms Workout.
I have noticed that since I know I am entering my food into the site, I think twice about what I eat. Not eating after Church will be my biggest challenge.
I think thats a Good Thing!
141.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
