whew got the surgery drugs out of my system. What a drop. NOw if I can just get the exercise in and 3 tervis glasses of water lets see what goes down next week.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
