Holding strong for Sober October! 12 days no booze! I may keep it going with "No beer November" and "Now you'll remember December". Sugar has been the challenge lately. Working out tonight! Cheers all!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
