Losing weight is a slow process. I kknow it is the right way to do it but I miss the days when I could diet run around the block and lose 5 lbs!!! I really didn't diet good then--ate way to little, brobably did more harm than good.
I have been sticking to my diet. I dont want to post my meals on the food chart. I use a pad of paper and a scale and it is faster for me thna all the looking up and entering. I have been staying close to 1200 calories and exercise every day. I can walk up the hill faster and without being too out of breath. I can get into a lot pants that I couldn't wear before.
Someone hurt my feelings when they said--you are beginning to look normal-----you can tell people you are 6 mo pregnant!!! I really didn't need to be told that even if it is true. I get so tired of being told I am fat----even when I weighed 125 lbs and 5'4''
181.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
