Again no weight loss, and my waist line is up a bit, which concerns me. However, yesterday's performance to the LGLCHF diet was the best in some time - I kept carbs under the target, slammed my protein target hard, and hit fat on the nose. Good activity resulted in a solid calorie deficit. I'm pleased. The results will follow if I stick to the plan!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
