Slept total 7.3hrs total last night. To bed 1200am. Awake 336am.(Slept 3.5hrs). To bed 709am. To sleep 715am. Awake 1100am by phone.(slept 3.8hrs)

B 208pm: Greek salad & 1 slice whole grain toast, decaf coffee, water
L 707pm: carrot orange soup, banana, hazelnut spread, water
S 1007pm: 2 whole grain toast, mustard, ham, tomatoes, lettuce, water

All I wanted to do today was sleep, or sleep while trying to watch recorded TV shows.
292.3 lb Lost so far: 53.7 lb.    Still to go: 146.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
