gain of 2...
my own fault... not enough water and I ate cake, sweets and fried okra since weigh in.. son in from Seattle and just didn't say no... now back to onward and downward!

Lost so far: 96.5 lb.
Still to go: 25.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

We all deserve a moment or two to feel like we can eat like a normal person again. 2 pound gain does not define you. We love you for you. Now, with that said - dont let it multiply like a dang Gremlin (is that what they are called?). Get back at it.

I agree with everyone else. We do have to have our cake and eat it too every once in a while. But can you send me some fried okra? I haven't had that since I was a youngster....yum! So jealous!
