This is my weight (on my scale at home) when we returned from our 30 day trip to Gulf Shores. I ate absolutely horrible and ran only some times. I dreaded getting on the scales this morning but waited until morning to get a more accurate weight. I feel fat and rightly so!
My plans are to get back on a schedule for running/exercising and eating tomorrow, Monday. I really need to clean out my system and get on the right track again.
Now to buckle down and do what I know is right and feels good!!!
