Good morning to everyone doing the Brazen Fit 24 Day Ab challenge. This morning is especially great for me because the scale this morning said 210.5 which is exactly where I want to be and where I projected I would be last October 1, 2013. Keeping the yellow legal pad with daily entries has helped me focus on my weight goals, mini-goals, and progress.
This morning's ab challenge was easy 5-5-10 and I allowed myself a 5 second hold at the top of each crunch and leg raise just to prepare me for later on in the challenge. I'm going to do what euheide said was a good idea and that is before and after pics to show what progress this challenge gave me. So please don't laugh when you see the before pics. We're in this together, and together we will make progress.
A special thank you goes out this morning to everyone who signed on for the Brazen Fit 24 Day Ab Challenge. Let's do this, let's do this together and record our daily progress so everyone else can congratulate each other.

I was not going to join the Ab challenge, but I said why not? My outer self said I couldn't possibly do it because I don't know how. My inner self said I could find out, through google or youtube. When Euheide posted the link, I found out what the exercises were, and I recognized them, and my outer self said I couldn't do that many exercises. My inner self said, if you do only one of the exercises, then it is more than you did previously, so it's a good thing. My inner self won the mental challenge! I did all the exercises for Day 1.

That's great Never2old! Day one of the challenge is done (day two is also done by now but I'm pretending to still be on the 1st day heheh :). I'm not actually going to post my picture since I'm somewhat privacy driven,but it's definitely going to serve as a reference to when I finish the challenge. :)

I'm happy that you decided to accept the challenge Deb! :) You'll do great. Even if you can't complete either one of the exercises, you'll still do better than if you don't do any ;)
