I have hit an new low this time around. 196.75. I'm about 7 pounds from my first goal weight of 189. I can't wait to get out of the 190's for good. I'm determined to never ever ever see 200 lbs again and now the 190's are next to go. I exercised again today, level 2 of 30 day shred. I'ts pretty intense. Last month about this "time" I got seriously off track with snacking and was so low on energy that I didn't want to exercise at all. That resulted in an overall gain and put me off track by like 3-5 weeks. So I'm working on getting back on track. I've also come to realize that even on my absolute best weeks, I am only loosing about 1 to 1.5 lbs a week. That's ok but I need to readjust my goals to reflect that instead of loosing 2 lbs every week. It's disappointing to miss my goals week after week.
