Not the greatest day yesterday - missed my macros again, but I was close on protein and fat, and I was active and I was about even on CICO. The weight gain is more due to my late night of exercise and protein-slamming afterward. It should drop a little tomorrow.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
