It was great! There we’re definitely some learnings, but it was wonderful. Served about 80 meals in 2 hours. Lots of pork, brisket, chicken. I didn’t get any pictures of the event, so I don’t have much to share. We were so busy and exhausted. Hoping to do better this week and to be more organized 😁
