昨天著實吃了很多高熱量食物,麻糬,薯條,壽司,咖哩醬,我太放鬆自己的飲食了!
107.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week
