I was sick most of last week and was concerned because I could not exercise. But I still stuck to my diet as much as I wanted to dive into some comfort food - but I didn't! I was super proud of myself and my weigh-in was affirmingl
192.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
