Interesting day on Thursday - I had to scarf down an impromptu breakfast before a very important conference call. It was almost lunchtime and I had been too busy to eat due to early commitments. So I had not one, but two giant cinnamon rolls! Man, they were great! But also half my carbs for the day, and practically no protein. However, I managed to get everything back into line by the end of the day, and only went over my carb target by 25%. Carbs were my only failing, and I mitigated the damage.

I'm sure I'll gain some weight tomorrow because of this, but that's cool. It could have been much worse! Take the small victories...
182.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
