woke up extra early and I weighed in, not good. As feared it spiked up. I've gone back to bed since and will weigh in a bit later hoping it was just too early. yesterday felt like a binge day and I've been guilting since so if it sticks then I deserve it. :-(
138.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
